How does the service work?

1. Build Your Box
Choose between our Complete Nutrition Box (meals + juices/smoothies) or Hydrate & Restore Box (juices, smoothies, and soups). Select a minimum of 6 items and up to 14 items per order.

2. Customize Each Week
Pick your items from the current menu and swap them anytime before the cutoff. Keep your favorites or swap items each week using your customer portal.

3. Choose One-Time or Subscription
Order once, or subscribe for weekly deliveries. With a subscription, you can skip weeks, pause, or cancel anytime before the cutoff.

4. Order by the Weekly Cutoff
Make any changes to your items, delivery, or subscription by the previous Thursday at 11:59 pm PST for the following week’s shipment.

5. We Prepare & Ship
Your meals are freshly prepared and shipped from Los Angeles via UPS Ground. Delivery timing depends on your zip code (1–2 days).

6. Enjoy
Your order arrives ready to enjoy—designed to make eating well simple, consistent, and convenient.

How often does the menu change?

Our menu updates every few weeks with new dishes alongside returning favorites. We tag meals with dietary labels (Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, High-Protein) so you can easily filter.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat $9.99 per box, regardless of plan size. All orders ship via UPS Ground from our Los Angeles kitchen.

Do you provide nutrition facts?

Yes, we provide full nutrition facts for all of our meals.

When will I get my order?

Orders placed Monday - Thursday (PST) will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on Friday - Saturday (PST) will ship one week from the next Monday (the following Monday).

What is the weekly cutoff?

The weekly cutoff is the previous Thursday at 11:59 pm PST for orders. Any changes to your meal selections, plan size, or shipping address must be made before then. Changes made before cutoff apply to the upcoming Monday's shipment. Changes after cutoff apply to the following Monday.

How can I skip a week, pause or cancel my service?

You can skip any upcoming week before the previous Friday. You won't be charged for skipped weeks as long as they are cancelled before the deadline. You can also pause or cancel your subscription from your profile.

Do I have to purchase a subscription?

No! You can select a one-time purchase for your first order or select an ongoing weekly subscription. You can also skip weeks, pause or service or cancel your subscription using your customer portal.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most zip codes in California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. Check your zip code here to see if you are in our delivery area.

How are your meals packaged?

Meals are sealed using MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) to lock in freshness. Each order is packed with ice and insulated with a cooler liner to keep meals cold and safe in transit for 48+ hours.
